The location was perfectly situated in Whistler Village for easy walking to everything! My room was exceptionally clean thanks to Louise, and bed very comfortable! The room also had a moveable tower fan that I could place for my comfort! From the moment I arrived, Louis assisted me at the front door, and he was so kind! He also helped me with my iPhone that had locked up. Amazing! Gemma checked me in and was so full of guidance as my first time in Whistler. Georgia was night shift and so helpful when I needed a power cord, she brought me one to borrow! EXCELLENT customer service all around from everyone! Gemma showed me how to work the coffee machine and offered an apple. After being on a 4-day horseback riding trip in the Rocky Mountains, it was nice to feel welcomed by these kind folks. I gave Louis a hug when I left! A perfect place to stay!!

We’ve stayed at The Sundial several times and just had another wonderful 2 night stay. The hotel is nicely maintained. Room came with a kitchen which is convenient. We had room 603. The one bedroom suite was a great size with a fabulous view of the mountain slopes and were there during Crankworx so we had the best view of the bikes coming down the jumps etc. Another highlight of our stays was the rooftop hot tub that you could sign out for 1/2 hour. Seems like it would be too short, but it's actually the perfect amount of time as you wouldn't want to sit in 101 to 104 degrees for more than 15 minutes anyway. Towels are provided and there's a shower up there to rinse off. All staff we encountered were polite and helpful.

Great spacious room, with a comfortable bed and perfect views. The rooftop hot tub was a magical way to start the day before mountain biking. Steps away from the ski lifts / bike park, and similarly close to a ton of food options in the village. Last but not least, the staff was exceptional. They were flexible about our hot tub booking, they accommodated a late valet check-out and stored our luggage for the day while we were at the bike park, and were just really friendly overall.

The Sundial hotel made it very easy for us to travel with our eight-month old baby. They provided a crib, high chair, and diaper genie in the suite, and the staff helped us unload and load our big pile of luggage from the car. The suite had a well-equipped kitchen where we made food for ourselves and the baby. It was a bit of an experiment for us but we enjoyed it a lot, had time to relax, and will most likely be back. Thank you to the team at Sundial!

The staff was very helpful (Thank you Roxy and the front guy with dreadlocks - sorry, I lost your name card!). The apartment was beautiful and spacious and had all the amenities you need. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The rooftop sauna was a surprise as we didn't expect it to be included. We booked the time slot but after us there were no other reservations, so we could stay longer than the 30-minute limit.
